This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you (i) visit the website www.slyng.com and all subdomains related thereto (our “Website”), and (ii) register for a Slyng Account or Retailer Account to use some of our Services (as defined in the Website Terms of Use), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

(B) This policy applies to information we collect:

• (i) On this Website or through our Services.
• (ii) In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this Website, Slyng, or Retailers who utilize our Services to communicate with you.
• (iii) When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this Privacy Policy.

(C) It does not apply to information:

• (i) Collected by us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party; or
• (ii) any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Website.

II. Persons Under the Age of 21.

If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a person under 21, we will delete that information. • (ii) Provided by you to register a Slyng Account using, or otherwise connect your account to, a social networking account (e.g. Facebook), we may also collect information provided to us by such social networking service including your name, email address, birthday, geographic location, interests, profile picture, gender, networks, user ID, list of friends, and other such information you have made public on your social networking account;
• (iii) that is about you but individually does not identify you; or
• (iv) about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Website or Slyng, and usage details.

(B) We collect this information:

• (i) Directly from you when you provide it to us;
