cannaaid products

CannaAid has CBD, CBN, CBG, and even Delta 8 THC products in form factors ranging from vapes to creams. Read our review of CannaAid’s CBD pain relief cream and Delta 8 THC disposable vape to see if these are the right products for you.

About CannaAid

CannaAid is a leading provider of products with cutting-edge, hemp-derived cannabinoids. Its line of hemp-derived offerings includes CBD, CBN, CBG, and Delta 8 THC products ranging from vapes to edibles to topicals, and everything in between. Its products are US Farm Bill compliant and ship directly to your door no matter what state you live in.

CannaAid’s products are varied and well priced because the company listens to customer feedback when deciding what new items to create. For example, CannaAid will soon carry THC-V products. As legal, hemp-derived THC products take the market by storm, CannaAid is there to lead the charge.

I’ve previously had the chance to review CannaAid’s Blue Razz D8 Gummies and Sour Diesel D8 (nondisposable) 510 threaded vape cartridge. For this review, CannaAid sent over its CBD pain relief cream and D8 Pineapple Express disposable vape. I was excited to try both.

CannaAid CBD Pain Relief Salve Review

CannaAid’s CBD Touch Pain Relief Salve comes in a blue jar with a white lid. The product contains 1000mg of CBD and a specially formulated salve made of kokum butter, soy wax, cajeput oil, peppermint oil, wintergreen oil, and arnica oil.

First Impressions of the CBD Pain Relief Salve

This particular salve isn’t too menthol-y and contains no alcohol. I also really like the consistency. I took a dollop with my fingertip and applied it to my wrists and the small of my back.

Immediately, I felt a light cooling tingling at the area of application, and eventually, it faded into general numbness. Any pain I had in the area was soon gone.

Topical CBD application is very good for inflammation. I have a bad habit of straight-up sleeping on my right wrist, and I constantly worry that that repetitive action combined with excessive computer use will eventually lead to carpal tunnel or other inflammatory problems. Every chance I get, I use CBD topicals on what I feel are the weakest connection points on my body—and my body thanks me for it every time.

The Verdict

This is the type of product that you can use reactively and proactively. It’s great for newcomers to the world of CBD and cannabinoids because it will not provide any mental effects—this is because the cannabinoids will not break the blood-brain barrier.

Definitely worth a try!

CannaAid Pineapple Express Delta 8 Disposable Vape Review

cannaaid pineapple express d8 disposable vape

The CannaAid Pineapple Express Delta 8 Disposable Vape Pen comes in a typical CannaAid teal box. Opening the box reveals a slick and well-protected disposable vape containing 1.0g of Delta-8 distillate and real cannabis terpenes. This vape even tests in at 0.23% CBN.

First Impressions of the Pineapple Express Delta 8 Disposable Vape

It took me a while to get my first pull out of this disposable vape, which was inhale-activated. When vapes are shipped or otherwise subject to changing air pressures and elevations, this is an unfortunate side effect. I guess it’s my fault for living so high, elevation-wise. This isn’t a problem that others should anticipate with CannaAid… it’s a me problem.

There were some things that I really liked about the vape though. First off, the white light that lights up when the vape is activated is in the shape of a Delta (triangle). Meanwhile, the hit itself is delicious—fruity and sweet on the tongue during inhale and exhale. The aftertaste also has that sour zing that feels very pineapple to me.

The Verdict

If there’s any strain that’s in danger of getting too hyped up before somebody has the chance to try it, it’s Pineapple Express. How many other cultivars do you know that have their own Hollywood movie? But all I have to say is, CannaAid’s D8 Pineapple Express won’t disappoint.

I felt the same paradoxically stoney, high-energy potential high that I remember from my previous experiences with Pineapple Express.

Taste: 5/5
Effectiveness: 5/5
Ease of use: 4.4/5
Overall score: 4.8/5

CannaAid has hit the spot for me yet again with these two products. The pain relief salve is my first time trying CannaAid’s CBD products, and I have to say, I’m impressed.

Meanwhile, the D8 Pineapple Express disposable vape has the same awesome D8 effect as the previous things I’ve tried—but with a better flavor, in my opinion. I’m excited to try out CannaAid’s other D8 vape strains and also their other products—and you should be too.
